Terms for Retailers

• All orders FOB: Bow Wow House, Raleigh, North Carolina via Federal Express Ground or truck freight.

• Bow Wow House products are hand-made and may have some variation in color, texture, dimension and finish.

• First order must be prepaid or credit card. $30 fee for returned checks.

• With first order, please supply Bow Wow House with a copy of your State Sales Tax Certificate.

• No claims will be accepted after 30 days.

• Merchandise will not be accepted for credit without prior authorization and must be in original packaging with RMA code visible.

• Damage / loss must be claimed by consignees with carrier. Unauthorized returns carry a 20% restocking fee + freight.
